Q How soon can l get an accurate quote for custom injection molded parts?

A Please send your inquiry to us via email or Alibaba TM message. Once we confirmthe design (functional details with parameters), material, color, quantity, we canprovide quotation within 24 hours.

Q Can l get a free sample and how long does it take?

A 1. For standard products that we have in stock, yes, free samples, butexpress delivery fee will be charged in advance. In most cases, it will take3-10 days.
2.For customized items, the sample fee is determined by thedetailed sample request. Usually it takes 7-15 days.
Q Can you make custom parts from my samples?

A Yes, you can send us a sample by courier and we will evaluate thesample, scan the features and draft 3D drawings for production.
Q What does your OEM service include?

A We follow up your requirements from design concept to serialproduction.
a. You can provide us with 3D drawings and then our engineers andproduction team will evaluate the design and quote you an accurate cost.
b. <b. lf you do not have 3D drawings, you can provide 2D drawings orsketches with full size feature details and we can draft 3D drawings foryou at a reasonable cost.
c. You can also customize the logo on the product surface, packagingcolor box or carton.
d. We also provide assembly services for OEM parts.
